It's back!

And so it begins AGAIN!! I am back in the boot for 6-8 wks and hopefully not a day longer!! I either have a stress fracture, tendon tear, or bad case of tendonitis. Either way its treated the same way. I'm banned from running till the end of the 6-8wks and I am going back in a few weeks to have it xrayed and possibly getting an MRI. Its a little backwards, but that's ok. As long as I know its on the way to getting healed I'm fine with waiting to have the tests done.
I fell a few weeks ago at church in these shoes with a higher heel than I am used to wearing and I'm guessing that this all started then. I then went and ran that same day (8 miles - not even thinking about taking it easy) and I think it got stressed out then.

Patience Is....

Patience is playing referee for the 100th time in an hour.
Patience is cleaning up spit out apple that Paxton insists on having but not swallowing.
Paitence is reading "Down by the Station" to Piper for the 50th time in 2 weeks.
Paitence is mopping the floors to then have something spilled on them an hour later.
Paitence is getting someone a snack, step over the gate, and hear "Mommy can I have a snack?" from the child who just said they didn't want a snack.
Paitence is listening to movie after movie in the car, forgetting that a radio even exists.
Paitence is tolerating the high levels of volume that are ALWAYS present in our house.
Paitence is finding that every pair of Peyton's pants has a hole in the knee!
Paitence is finding that every pair of Peyton's pants ALSO has grass stains on those knees.
Paitence is doing 15 loads of laundry a week.
Paitence is cleaning up pee off the floor from a child who can't seem to aim for the toilet.
Paitence is taking mutiple trips to the doctor's office with sick children who pass it to each other endlessly.
Paitence is looking at the mess that is my car!
Paitence is POTTY TRAINING!
Paitence is waking up mulitple times a night for 7.5 years to tend to crying children.
Paitence is running errands with all 4 kids in tow.
Paitence is driving the kids to school and activities everyday.
Paitence is stretch marks and unwanted changes in my body.
Paitence is sounding like a broken record..."don't touch that, stop fighting, leave him/her alone, you need to listen, keep your hands to yourself..."
Paitence is having to put everything of your's away to keep kids from touching.

Paitence is being a mother and I wouldn't change it for the world!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
